Ft. Bragg community calls for bold, local climate action — but City Council is divided

Fort Bragg’s Mayor Lindy Peters has joined a nationwide protest over the United States abandoning the Paris Climate Agreement. In response, community members are calling for more substantive local action on global warming, including getting involved in carbon sequestration efforts and carbon exchange markets. However some members of the City Council seem to feel that local action on global warming in Fort Bragg would be a waste of time. Dan Young reports.
